Welcome to Centre for Talent and Impact (CTL)—a Digital Campus and Global Alumni & Membership Network.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all CTL platforms, including our website (www.e-centretl.online), online courses, digital campus, membership areas, apps, forums, and any other services provided under the CTL brand (“Services”).

By accessing or using CTL platforms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. General Use

• Eligibility: CTL services are open to children, teens, young adults, professionals, and parents. Accounts for minors (under 18) must be created or supervised by a parent/guardian.

• Personal Account: Membership is personal and non-transferable. Do not share login credentials or account access.

• Scope: These Terms apply to all CTL access points—our website, mobile platforms, virtual classrooms, and digital community spaces.

2. Membership & Access

• Membership Benefits: Membership grants access to CTL clubs, labs, programmes, hubs, and the digital campus according to the plan you select.

• Trial Membership: Trial access is a one-time, limited offer providing temporary entry to selected services. At the end of the trial, you may upgrade to a full plan to maintain access.

• Payments: Membership fees are billed according to the chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Renewals & Cancellations: Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

• Upgrades/Downgrades: Members can change their plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

3. Digital Content & Intellectual Property

• All content on CTL platforms—including course materials, videos, graphics, and resources—is owned or licensed by CTL.

• Materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

• The CTL name, logo, and related marks are protected trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

4. Community & Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful global campus, members agree to:

• Treat all participants, staff, and facilitators with courtesy and respect.

• Avoid harassment, bullying, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or disruptive behaviour.

• Refrain from posting defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.

• Use CTL platforms for learning and networking only; no unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or commercial activity is allowed.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: CTL maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance against any form of disrespect, harassment, or abuse toward CTL team members, instructors, or support staff. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of membership without refund.

5. Data & Privacy

• Cookies: Our website uses essential cookies for functionality and may use optional cookies for analytics and improvements. You may manage cookie preferences in your browser.
